Shipping policy

We offer several different options for picking up and delivering goods.

  • PICK UP

You can receive the ordered goods from our warehouse at Linnaku, Meegomäe küla, Võru vald, Võrumaa. When the goods are complete, we will notify you by e-mail. The exact time of delivery of the goods will be agreed upon by phone. If you pick up the goods yourself, you don't have to pay anything.

  • PARCEL MACHINE

We send the ordered goods to a Smartpost or Omniva parcel machine. Mark the appropriate parcel machine as the delivery address. If you don't know which parcel machine is closest to you, enter your home or work address as the delivery address. We will find the parcel machine closest to you. Once we have handed over the package, it will arrive at the machine within 1-2 working days. You can receive the package with the help of a personal door code, which will be sent to you by SMS or e-mail. If you enter the door code of the parcel machine, the door of the cabinet where your package is located will open. The package is kept in the machine for 7 calendar days. If you do not pick it up within this time, the package will be returned to us. The parcel is delivered to the parcel machine at the price of 3.6€.

  • DELIVERY BY COURIER

The courier will deliver the goods. The courier delivers the package to the private customer within three days after the day of delivery. The recipient will be called in advance and a convenient delivery time will be agreed upon. The delivery of the goods takes place at the front door of your home. If you want packages to be transported inside the building (to a room or apartment), it must be agreed with us in advance. NB! Before accepting the goods, we strongly recommend that you check the packaging and, in case of external damage, make a note to that effect on the delivery note of the courier. If possible, take photos of the injuries. Please report a product with damaged packaging to the e-mail address info@infano.eu

The cost of home delivery by courier is calculated when completing the purchase. The price is between 8-30€, depending on the total weight of the ordered item.
