Refund policy


  • Goods purchased from the Infano e-shop are subject to a 14-day right of return. This means that you have 14 days to request a return after receiving the item.
  • The returned item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags and in the original packaging.
  • If the product has been removed from the original packaging for inspection, it must not have been used and the product must be inspected under the same conditions as if it were done in a physical store. Goods removed from their original packaging must be repackaged in such a way that they cannot be damaged during the return process.
  • If the returned product is not in the original packaging or if the packaging is damaged, the trader has the right to demand compensation from the consumer for the decrease in the value of the goods.
  • To use the right of withdrawal, you must send an application to the e-mail address with the following information:
    - the name of the product to be returned or ordered;
    - day of order submission;
    - day of receiving the product;
    - buyer's name, surname;
    - photos of the product, if possible;
    - contact details of the buyer;
  • Once the return has been approved, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package.
  • Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. In case of withdrawal from the contract, the Customer pays the costs of returning the product.

  • Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess and correct the problem.
  • If the purchased goods are damaged or do not correspond to what was ordered (the shipment contains products not ordered by the Customer), Infano will pay the costs of returning or replacing the goods.


  • The 14-day right of return does not apply to goods that are made according to the Customer's personal needs or according to the conditions specified by the Customer (e.g. according to the Customer's measurements, a picture or text is attached to the product).


  • The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the existing item and, if the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


  • We will notify you when we have received and verified your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. Once approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
