Shipping policy

We offer different ways to pick up and deliver goods.

• PICK UP

You can collect your order from our warehouse at Linnaku, Meegomäe küla, Võru vald, Võrumaa, Estonia. We will email you when the goods are ready. We can then agree on a delivery time. If you collect your order yourself, you won't have to pay anything.

• DELIVERY TO A PARCEL MACHINE
  

We'll send your order to a Smartpost or Omniva parcel machine. Mark the relevant parcel machine as the delivery address. If you're not sure which machine is closest to you, enter your home or work address as the delivery address and we'll find the parcel machine that's nearest to you. Once we've handed over your parcel, it'll arrive at the machine within 1-2 working days. You can get the package with a personal door code. We'll send this to you by SMS or email. Enter the door code of the parcel machine to open the door to the cabinet where your package is. The package is kept in the machine for 7 days. If you don't collect it within this time, it will be sent back to us.
The parcel is delivered to the parcel machine at a cost of 3€. And if you spend over €29, the delivery is free!

• DELIVERY BY COURIER

A courier will deliver your package. They will deliver it to you within three days of the day we hand it over to the courier. The courier will call you beforehand to arrange a convenient delivery time. Your package will be delivered to your door. If you would like us to deliver your parcel to a room or flat in your house, please let us know in advance. Please note: Please check the packaging before receiving the goods and note any external damage on the delivery note. If possible, take photographs of the damage. Please report any damaged packaging to info@infano.eu. Please describe any damage to the packaging. If the packaging is damaged, please report the damage to the courier.
Courier delivery costs €9, but is free for purchases over €29.
